Return Policy:
All products sold on the Completevac Site come with an unlimited time Return Policy. If you decide to return any product, the purchaser pays all shipping charges back to Completevac. The product must be returned complete with all original items, manuals, packing materials, cartons, and in its original new (UNUSED) condition.You may open the box and look at the material but not use it.Vacuum bag packages may not be opened.
When the product is received by Completevac, as it was shipped and in new and complete condition, a credit will be issued, on the card used for purchase (less the original shipping cost) only.
For all purchases outside the United States, the purchaser shall pay all shipping and duty charges, both ways. If the product is returned for a refund, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping charges to the purchaser and back to Completevac.
Refunds: If a refund is in order, we will issue a credit on the credit card that was used to purchase the product only. If payment was made with a check card, cashiers check, money order, or personal check, we will issue a company check as a refund. All refunds will be made within two (2) working days of the return of the product. No refunds will be issued until the product is received by Completevac.
